A 170 hectare plot with Mediterranean forest, holm oaks, scrubland and native fauna, ideal for practicing all kinds of mountain sports. It has more than 12 km of trails for hiking, mountain biking and motocross. It will be a future rural resort where you can practice different activities such as riding classes, horseback riding, hiking, bicycle routes, etc ...

Project:

There is a project (largely funded by the authorities) to build a 4-star Andalusian farmhouse-style hotel with a central patio. The hotel will have 40 rooms with bathrooms on two floors. There will also be a dining room, bar-cafeteria, social room, service area, an outdoor pool with a 190m2 water surface and a bullring. The entire project has been approved by the Junta de Andalucía and it is possible to obtain various subsidies to practically cover the cost of the investment involved in the construction of the new hotel.

Current construction. Currently there are several constructions on the plot, all with their proper license:

- House Hostel of 1,605m2. The house has a total of 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (one of the rooms is totally independent with its bathroom, living room and terrace). There is a covered heated pool with terrace and spectacular views over the plot itself, gym with changing room, elevator, industrial kitchen, central heating with gas boiler, a/c in the bedrooms.

- Restaurant inside the house on the ground floor. It also has a wine cellar and big celebration rooms, with a total capacity of approximately 600 people.

- 87m2 guard house, next to the access area to the farm.

- Stables with 15 boxes for horses, with 884m2. It is a small Purebred Spanish herd with all the necessary facilities in order.

- Corral of domestic animals

- Equine dressage warehouse with 600m2

- Outdoor dressage track

- Well for water collection that supplies all buildings and drinking troughs for livestock.

- Water tank and treatment for purification

- Wastewater treatment plant

- Own overhead electrical transformer
